I Just recently used Wenhe Mortgage and Realty for refinancing my home. I'm a Fireman by trade, and I can honestly say that I know very little to nothing at all about mortgage rates, policies, points, or anything else in real estate for that matter. We recently purchased our first home working with both Pam and Scott. Truthfully, we could not have been more pleased with both of them! Our purchase was not an easy one being a short sale, and they worked for us 24/7. Communication is a big issue with me and they passed that test with flying colors. Any issue I had day or night they responded very timely, usually within 5mins! From before the initial offer to after close of escrow, they were simply the best.
